The husband and wife who own the shop are very nice, and extremely accommodating. After calling another bike shop and being told no bikes without 24 hours notice I called spa city. They said they would get us bikes and ended up just letting us rent one of their personal bikes. Next time I'm in hot springs and need anything bike related I know where to go.
Great outfit. Tech was so friendly and helpful it was refreshing to do business with guys who truly love the sport and work hard to help others enjoy it as well.
