Really bad...would not recommend for lunch. First off, there were two girls working there, and both of them would stay in the back, leaving the counter unattended.
Second, my sister and I ordered a simple grilled cheese and panini and it took them 15 minutes to bring them out, despite that both girls were back there and there were no other customers to take care of. When the food finally came out, the cheese was nowhere near melted (seriously what were they doing back there??) and what they called a panini was just a normal sandwich with normal bread.
Thirdly and lastly, which isn't a big deal but worth mentioning... the atmosphere was super drab and they played very odd music. Overall just not a good place to relax and eat at.
LOVE this ice cream! The Nutella and coconut are the best! :)
Good gelato. Expensive. Got children cups for the kids and I. Would have been cheaper to buy a 3 pint container to share. Smelled very strongly of coffee. Which isn't ideal for us as just the smell starts giving my husband migraines. But if you like the smell of coffee, this place has it. :-)

Very friendly staff! Offered samples and were patient in our selections. Everything tasted fabulous! Portions were great for the price.
We asked for a refund, which both workers couldn't even do so we had to come back later when a manager was on duty.
