Great place to live. Owner is nice and people are friendly
I really enjoy living at Timbercrest Mobile Home Park, It is a safe place to live where you do not have to worry about walking after dark. We are located right in the middle of Hot Springs where we can get to everything within 10 minutes are less..... We have wonderful neighbors and friends who watch out and care for each other. Their is always someone in the park that can help, just last week my mom's golf cart broke down and the on site maintenance man was able to get it back home for her. Probably one of the best perks is the owner lives onsite and is available 24/7. I cant think of a safer place to live.
The owner runs a great place. Clean, quiet, and close to Oaklawn.
It's quite. Food and shopping nearby . good rates
