Excellent service provided by Glass Doctor of Hot Springs. The tech was courteous and timely. From claim to installation of the windshield on my car, Glass Doctor’s work was superb. It is good to know that customer service is not lost during these times.

Had a crack in my windshield. Employees were friendly and helpful with the entire process of getting setup. However after getting back to my car (only a few months old) after it was replaced, there was black goo in my seat and beside it. Dirty fingerprints inside. Streaks and smears on the windshield. I have cleaned the windshield inside and out twice with no success. During rain the outside appears to have a film on it that obstructs the view (new windshield wipers). Just this week I noticed a couple scratches on the interior side of the windshield. I was able to get the black goo out of my seat and did contact the company who were again helpful and offering to fix the stains. I had a windshield replaced in my old car last year through a different company and the windshield was spotless and interior still clean as I left it which is why I am not happy with the actual work done with glass doctor. Probably won't use again or recommend.
