Don't order anything online! We placed an order for a refrigerator but had to cancel it at 2 seperate stores because they "have them ordered but don't know when we will get them in" even though they showed to have them on the website. Finally went to the Hot Springs store and had the associate bring it out of the backroom stock before buying. The associates at Hot Springs were very helpful and pleasant. They are the reason for 3 of the four
Lowe's product is constant no matter where you go but customer service makes the difference. The Hot Springs , Arkansas location has always given us 5 star customer service. It helps that so many of the workers love dogs and my poodle doodle gets lots of loving!
The smallest parking spaces in hot springs lay upon the asphalt at this Lowe's. Of all places that needs large spots for trucks, it's here!! Lol
Bad! Bad! Bad! Service. Had to wait for cashier to finish her gossip. 10 minutes! Did not apologize forr her rudeness. Had to help customer load his building materials while Lowe's employees watch. Dread going to this store employees are lazy and rude. This store has always been that away for years. Don't complain to corporate, nothing will happen!!!
What this place needs is a Home Depot put in Hot Springs so they have to step up their service. I absolutely hate having to deal with this Lowes. It's almost impossible to get anything done in a timely matter, from ordering to pickup. I can't count the times I've been transferred from one department to another, been on hold for long periods, stood around the store for an hour or more waiting for an order to be brought out. I've never dealt with a business where I've asked myself more "does anyone here know what they are doing?" We've done a remodel on a very large house and spent a lot of money here, I would have rather driven out of my way to do business somewhere else and get all the lost time back.
