I will give them points for cleanliness but that's about all. Pressed button for cold wash/rinse but my clothes came out very warm and still way wet. Dryers require a MINIMUM of one dollar for twenty-eight minutes, and if your clothes aren't dry by then - which mine were not (surprise surprise) - you have to pay yet another full dollar instead of just being able to pay a quarter for another seven minutes. That is a ripoff, plain and simple. If I ever need to do laundry in this town again, it will be elsewhere.
Attendant is very rude. She removed my clothes from washer a few minutes after it stopped washing I was only gone long enough to grab some food up the road and when I returned my clothes had been removed and put in a cart just left sitting in the open will never be using this place again. Any other time ive came in there wasnt any one in the office the one time she was actually there had horrible experience
Very clean and nice enviornment. Staff is curtious and extra helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Machines all clean and almost all machines running with exception of two or three. Building was nice and cool. Made the whole wash day experience pleasant.
