If every government agency worked like the staff that took care of us at APC, then we have actually achieved a near perfect society. I am shouting out to. Twanda and Linda although everyone starting from the gentlemen at the security post and the rest of the staff were not only professional but KIND. We drove 7 hours to get to Arkansas to take care of our situation. With the type of service we received, we wouldn't mind driving 14 hours to go to Arkansas passport office.
They are AWESOME! Drove 3 1/2 hours to get my passport and was in and out within 2 hours. They knew how quick I needed my passport and was sure to do their very best to ensure I got it. Like they say, they can't 100% guarantee it same day but they will try to do their best and they did! 10/10 recommend this place! Thank y'all SOOOO MUCH!

forgive for not posting sooner. 2 years ago my husband was robbed of almost everything (including passport) in Peru. the embassy got him a new one to get home but he only had 10 days until leaving for another mission in Nicaragua - we called & made an appointment at the Hot Springs facility - can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this government office. . . . we did pay extra to get it expedited. . .and got it 5 days later . .
Had a mistake with my newly renewed passport. They corrected and printed a new one within a couple of hours. Great Customer Service!!
