Drove 30 miles to see Daddy's Home 2 only to fine the movie was broken. I wish Flixter had a notification of that. :( They did offer a discount on another movie but there wasn't anything for children at that time.
Theater is older but seats were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Theaters were clean and sound was good. No problems with the projection and the staff was quick and helpful. Would go back again.
The seats were all super filthy, stained, and covered in dust. The sound was good but the screen was damaged with large black cracks and minor tears that were all visable. A large drink was 8 bucks. Outside logo looked new. The ticket girl was cute and the guys insise where polite.
Easily the dirtiest theater I have ever been to.
The theatre was small. The staff was nice. The movie screen had a small scratch in it, but I was still able to fully enjoy the movie, so it's all good! I will go back!
Excellent staff, love the updates done with adding your own butter and drink options. Absolutely the best! Prices comparable to other Hot Springs movies BUT the one behind the mall lacks the customer service found here. It may be a little smaller but it is cozy and very family friendly! Been going here for over 10 years would not go anywhere else
