My 10 year old and I got trapped in the elevator of the Exchange Street Parking Plaza, which (we later found out) was switched to "off, but pushing the call button opened the doors. Once inside, none of the buttons, including the emergency button, were working. We had to bang on the door and luckily a group of teenagers was walking past and pushed the call button to let us out before we had to call 911 for help. There was no sign warning us it was out of service and in rainy weather it was uncrowded in the garage. Someone could have easily gotten stuck for hours in there.
This was a great place to part. While there is street parking this is free all day. There is a lot right next to this which cost money. Park here. It is right observer the middle of the main street. Everything yippy need is in waking distance. The place seemed nice and safe. There is stairs and elevators.

Free, super close to Bath House Row. Was everything you expect from a parking garage. Didn't spend too much time looking for a spot (was Easter weekend). Was easy to get in and out of.
Really? Only 4 handicapped parking spots in the whole parking deck?
