Absolute worst customer service ever! They are super slow! Rude! And never have an answer for any question its always i dont know or i cant help with that, and when i call to get my held for pick up, they will not answer the phone! Ever! It rings and rings and no one answers. Yoi would think that working for the government that they wpuld be professional or have more class and tact! Worst establishment i have ever seen!
Someone answered the phone in one ring. There was no automation. She was very polite and showed interest in my delivery issue.

Amy shock is probley not the smartest in hot springs. I mean the hardware store she talks about is across the street. People are so negative the ladies at this post office are sweet as pie. Great place
