Chad Hicks came by and gave us a good, fair, and detailed quote. Most roofers don't want to do small jobs but that's what we need and they are happy to oblige. I'm very interested in getting their 275 a year matinence and cleaning plan since we live in a heavily pine tree populated area, the main cause for the issues that we're having. Hit them up and you won't be disappointed. Hoping our landlord uses them.
