Great price for being in Lakeside district and the school is right next door
Crap hole with mold!!! Lived in 39 for 1 month we all stayed sick. Did an air sample for mold and the tests came out way worse than I ever expected. The landlord did nothing and advised that they would not refund the deposit b/c of "breaking the lease"!! Even though I was on a month to month. The place obviously wasnt insulated well b/c the electricity bill was.close to $200, and i never ran the heater/ac in fear of mold blowing around. The back bedroom would "sweat" and i would wake up with my hair wet. HIGH BILLS, MOLD, CRAPPY LANDLORD!!!
Everybody took pictures of where they're at that would really help on trying to sell the place or even buy a place that's the way I see it
