It's a small temple with a small congregation. There's no frills and no-one seems to dress up like they did where I'm from. Which I found odd at first... But the people are very kind, friendly, and accepting. The Rabbi is a very nice man who came to visit my daughter when she was in the hospital even though we aren't even technically part of his congregation (my parents are).... So they aren't fancy and they don't come with frills... But they're no judgemental and lead with their heart and that's 1000 times harder to find these days. For that reason I give them 4 stars.
