I love Enterprise and have never rented from anywhere else. The gentleman at the airport location are always very accommodating. I always have a great experience.

We made reservations to rent a car for our vacation. We picked a car up in Hot Springs went to Dallas flew to San Francisco. Got a car there using my H&R Block Emerald card at both locations. When we returned to Love Airfield Enterprise in Dallas to return home. They say they we can not use this card. So my wife 2, 5, 14, year old and I were stuck in Dallas. Until my parents made the 4 hour trip to get us. Also the lady manager at Love Enterprise was more concerned about running around and telling the other rental agency. Than she was about helping us find a way back. So if I ever rent a car it WILL NOT be enterprise and I recommend you do not either.

I had a very good experience with Enterprise. When I rented my car I got there early so I could go see my son in the army and my car was not there yet. So they called another store and someone brought me a my car within minutes. They were very friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. Thanks guys. :)
