The staff was polite , they took the time to explain my options of payment. I would recommend for a friend.
EDIT: I find it ironic that customer care responded to this message, however when I called their corporate office in New York City they said they would take care of me and help. They said that they would call Aspen Dental in Hot Springs and have a discussion with them and get back to me but they never did and they dodged my call back. Aspen Dental sucks from the ground up. If you don't believe me, go in there next Veterans Day and see what kind of treatment the veterans get. They have all of the fancy brochures, pins and advertisement brag swag saying that they help veterans, but if both my friend and I got the same treatment, I highly doubt anyone got anything more than a quick check up, a hasty X-ray and a date to call back and pay full price for actual care.
When the day came we both took off work and NEITHER of us got our care. The doctor came up with a half-baked excuse that there was no hygienist there, so they couldn't do it... ON THE ONE DAY A YEAR THEY COULD DO IT. I am certain that we were not the only ones. They turned us BOTH away. Their manager called and said she was working on it with corporate 4 weeks later and she'd get back to me. Nothing. Called back yesterday and that lady was fired. The new lady manager told me they couldn't do anything. Seriously, Aspen Dental is terrible.
Their main objective was to poorly lie to us to get us in as clients, then we pay for what they promised was free. They even had shirts and pamphlets for their Veteran Service Day. What a hoax business plan. Back in Michigan they sold us items we didn't need that was "included" in our overpriced, over-commercialized experience. DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it unless you are used to people taking advantage of you.
They did not update my address as requested so I called to ask about my bill. The person I talked to at the HS office said "we have nothing to do with billing." Then I get a call from a collection Agency. Grrr. I called Aspen and was referred to someone in Little Rock. She said she would call me back on Monday. I called back and no one knows who talked to me.
Liars. My friend and I are military veterans who served together during 9/11 and earned 2 tours under out belts. We were told that we could get work dental work done for FREE one day a year. It was in June. My friend needed a root canal and I need a cavity fixed. They said No problem.
I was sitting in the dental chair when I was shown two or three teeth with brownish color to choose from for the color of my dentures. Ifelt insulted . Why would I pay over 4000 for ugly teeth. At this time I was told for four hundred more I could get better teeth and better looking teeth. Why would I pay four thousand and not know that four hundred more made such a difference. I have asked now, "Am I now getting the best teeth you have to offer?" I've been told repeatedly that I am, I don't feel confident that's the case. Keep your fingers crossed. Also before I started any visits I asked if I would be able to get pain pills thru out if I was hurting. I had eight teeth pulled and got 20 pills. I ran out and now am told no I can't get any more. I specifically asked before we began and was assured I could have pain med during this ordeal. Now I have a very sore mouth and they offer me Motrin. I am very disappointed and was misled. I even paid in full before they started.
The people at Hot Springs Aspen Dental were outstanding. I felt welcome and everyone was attentive and helpful beginning with the receptionist. Alyson did an excellent job of helping me understand every step of the process and what procedures would be part of my dental plan..The doctor was friendly and she explained everything that was going on in my mouth and with my teeth. Both the tech and the hygienist were excellent. I am excited that I have chosen Aspen Dental to take care of my teeth and to help me maintain my oral health.
