Friendly service, not a long wait time. Only thing I can recommend is that when a referral is needed, it needs to be processed quicker. Other than that I'm happy with the service.
The staff is usually friendly but the turnover rate for employment seems to be high. Incredibly convenient to have in the same building a medical clinic with a couple of LPNs who would be considered the primary care physicians, with on site lab, x-ray, etc. A dental clinic. And a psychiatrist and counselor. And they accept most insurance. It can take a while for test results to come in because they have a lot of patients and multiple clinics, including one in Mena.
Wonderful staff and service. Malvern Avenue area has needed this type of clinic for a long time.
Changing to healthy connections is one of the best decisions I've made ..my former clinic has fallen way short as far as patient care goes ..Mindy , at healthy connections is the sweetest person you will ever meet . Very through . In a couple iif visits , she's already addressed multiple health issues that were ever even mentioned at the other clinic ..thank you healthy connections for being there .
