Drove 30 minutes for a plant they said they had. Got here & they didn't have it. Waste of time.
Outstanding customer service!!!! I called them on a Saturday near closing time. I was needing a solution to a problem I was having with one of my trees and he offered to stay open until I got there and he answered my questions and offered a solution. some of these other businesses could learn from them what true customer service actually is.
When we need gardening supplies, we head to this family-owned nursery. The people are very helpful, friendly, and professional. My wife likes to look among the various plants and we buy our fertilizer here as well.
