I have been disappointed by this florist twice now. Today was the second time that I tried to place an order with them and they have been less than helpful. Both times I have called and asked for some assistance with choosing an item for my mother in law (I live out of town). They offered suggestions and the items sounded nice, but we're hard for me to visualize. I asked both times for a photo of the item to be sent to me via text. Both times I was told they were too busy.

My boyfriend and I went here today to get a flower arrangement for a funeral and the customer service was so friendly and so she was so helpful and best of all her arrangements are beautifully made. I will continue to go here from now on!!
I placed my order the first time this happened and received a text a short time later with an apology and photo of the item. Therefore, I decided to give them another chance thinking they were just having a bad day. After today I know this is typical for them and they are not interested in being courteous and helpful.
This florist was phenomenal! We had no prior relationship with the location. We came in with a couple of basic ideas and purchased flowers for my Father’s funeral. This shop far exceeded our expectations. The arrangements we’re just breathtaking. Can’t give them enough stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
