Furniture is good quality and cheap. No delivery and took them 2 weeks longer than they said to get it in.

We purchased a sofa a year ago and love it!!! Looks wonderful in our living room, a few months back we went and not looking for a bed but needing one, came home with one and I love it, no back hurting in the mornings, no matter what side I lay on it is comfortable. Best choice ever. Thanks Cleo's

Awful is all I can say. The customer service is just awful. Do NOT buy furniture from this place. We bought a sectional and picked it up and it was wrapped with cardboard and approx 3 to 4 layers of plastic... which was great... I got the wrapping off at home and it was damaged in several spots. It had about 6 tears in all. I immediately called to let them know what was going on and that I wasn't happy. It took them days to get back with me. When they finally got back with me they were trying to blame me for messing up the sectional. Not only did I not do this but I also had bought a protection plan. They did not want to replace this sectional. After lots of arguing with them they called me back a week later and said that they had ordered me a new one and I could load the original one up and bring it to them and pick up my new one.. Really!!! I have to do this even tho this is your mistake. I argued with them and they refused. All I wanted was for them to deliver my new one and pick up the original one I wud have been happy. But NO they wud not ... only way they wud deliver my new one was if I paid 110 dollar delivery fee. Really people stand behind your product and take care of you customers. Needless to say I will NEVER again buy furniture from Cleos furniture!! I have never been treated so poorly. It's like when they get that sale and get your money they are done with you! Take my advice and go elsewhere to buy your furniture!

Purchased a bed to large for the room I had intended on using it in and now they will not take it back. I have spent a lot of money with this company but will no longer shop here. Thanks for nothing!

We purchased 3 beds from them back in Dec. Of 2014, 1 gueen size and 2 full. First thing was the day we were to pick them up I got there and they did not get them. I refused to leave without beds my daughter was going to be home for a few days and had to have a bed since we got rid of ALL the other beds to pick up our new ones. So they gave us 2 Queen sizes in place of the full size we ordered. So I thought OK well my daughters bed was only slept in on weekends when she came home and my son's was slept for about the first 4 months every day. They both looked like same exact bed and was supposed to be, my daughters bed looked like it was a feather bed with hardly any feathers in. When you laid on it you almost went straight to the box springs and my son's not much better, on both of these the. Edging around mattress came of, stitching all over bed came out. Ours we had a queen and paid a lot more for. With in a couple of months we sunk to the middle and it was very noticeable when know one was even in it. So we called and they exchanged them. So we thought good. Well now again same thing is happening to our bed and the kids beds are falling apart and neither one of the new one that were exchanged have hardly been slept in cause our kids don't come home every weekend and one lives on his own now. I would like to contact corporate office and I can't seem to find that number. I have called 2 different stores and they won't give me number, but we will be contacting the better business bureau and who ever else we need to. I could go on more about the box springs, but there furniture is crap. We also purchased some bed room furniture and NOT HAPPY WITH IT AT ALL!!!
