The salesmen were nice enough, but the couch I was sold was a return couch from someone that financed it and returned. What I failed to do was check the back side of the couch when buying, and noticed when I got it inside my house with the packaging off that there wasawas a 2 inch hole with staples popping out of the back. Check your furniture before getting it out of their store.
I love FFO, and the Hot Springs outlet is my favorite so far! My husband and I have bought furniture and accent pieces from this store since moving to AR, and we have no regrets at all! The store manager and his associates are great! James demonstrates such excellent customer service skills and passion that make this store unique! I will recommend FFO Hot Springs to anyone!
