Told I needed a heart echo. It has now been 10 days since echo (took 5 days to get appt.) and no news from a cardiologist or my family physician. I will never go to CHI St. Vincent again should I have a choice. I wonder how the docs would feel if they were awaiting results on themselves or a loved one.
I have had three surgeries at this hospital and have had a great experience each time. My husband just had total knee replacement surgery done by Dr. Olive. Wing 3 nurses are awesome.
We were from out of town and were hesitant to go to this hospital after reading online reviews. We took a chance and were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the experience was at this hospital. We spoke with someone who indicated that the hospital recently changed leadership which may have proven to make a big difference. EVERYONE that we encountered, nurses, doctors, billing dept, medical records, etc. have been extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas!
I would like to express my appreciation to the staff of E.R, I.C.U and some of the staff on 2 west. I cant say all the staff was very appreciated, I want name any names, but they do no we they are, they was very disrespectful to the patient, family and love ones.They talked the patients information to love one's and the information they told was not true. I am not for sure if they understand about the HIPAA law are not. But what I do no they was down right RUDE. Yes the charge nurse was notified and was very sorry that this had happen that it will be taken care of. But one's again the other staff was very friendly and I do appreciate the care my love one received. Thanks again and God Bless each and everyone that works at this Hospital.
If I could rate this hospital a zero, I would do so. My finance recently went to ER and and he waited 3.5 hours for treatment. The service was very slow and most of the staff indifferent. Thank goodness the condition was NON life threatening as he may have not made it out. This was THE WORST hospital that I ever encountered. As for me, I will not go to St Vincent hospital ever as a patient. No, I cannot recommend it!
