Easily one of the worst "professional" experiences I've ever had. I ordered a ring for them, paid for it, and paid for it to be re-sized. Two weeks later, I had heard nothing from them. When I contacted them, they told me that they weren't re-sizing it and had just been sitting on my money the entire time. I had to go back to their store to get my money back, which they returned grudgingly and asked why I wouldn't just take the ring wrong sized. They have a "jeweler" who can't re-size simple silver bands and a receptionist who can't pick up the phone and call anyone. A pair of charlatan clowns.
I had a stone set for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Micheal made some cosmetic changes to it because the stone looked out of place in the setting we ordered. He is the expert so listen to him and let him guide you. Tresa is very patient and is a tremendous help when it comes to designing and fitting a piece of jewelry with the personality of the client. You will appreciate the personal service at McFarlin's.
