Guess I'll just have to show up at the office.
I have called this office five times today, put on hold only to be disconnected each time.
I called the Hot Springs office today. I only had to wait a few minutes. The woman answering was pleasant, was very helpful, knew exactly how to get the information I was seeking and answered my question in a matter of minutes. Very good experience.
I went in for an emergency disability check,since they,(the SSA Administration themselves had inadvertently caused my check to be mailed to a address that they picked and basically made my check get sent there,in Springfield, Missouri). They took no responsibility, and then they even tried to say I maybe trying to get over on them.... Some kind of scam!?!? I've been homeless all month and now this? I have no idea what I'll do....the Hot Springs SSA Administration is a heartless,judgemental group of folks. May the Holy Spirit change that part of them and may God forgive and bless them, and me too. In Jesus name.

OMG!!! I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES TODAY. SPENT MORE THEN 30 MINS ON HOLD EACH TIME JUST TO GET HUNG UP ON!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! WORST OFFICE EVER!!
