Horrible customer service. Didn't respond to calls. Went in to the business to get an answer on why my repairs weren't completed and the two "ladies" in the office were extremely rude and acted as if it were my fault they didn't return my calls. DO NOT do business with them! Anywhere has to be better than here!
Great place to get emergency work.
Called this morning to schedule the replacement of the water line from the meter to my house - about 150 feet. The woman who answered the phone (Lauren) was very rude and abrupt and was not very friendly. She told me that it would be six to eight weeks before they could get to it. When I inquired if she could recommend someone else, she hung up on me. One star is too good for this type of arrogance and disrespect for a potential customer.
