They are very helpful and never too busy to answer questions. The staff is great and very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.
My dog injured her eye on a Saturday it looked horrible to me, tried emergency vets in hot springs and they were one of the first to return my call. I couldn't afford the emergency fee so I waited until Monday to get her in. They were very comforting to her and I loved that... They were willing to work a little with me on paying for medications, said she would need to get her eye removed asap! It would be about $500. Had it scheduled about 2 weeks later and ended up canceling. I'm so glad I did, because she at least has half of her vision. I would rather her be able to see some than not at all. I truly believe they wanted the money more than for her to be able to live with some vision or just did not look into her injury as well as they should have. Needless to say i think i would rather gone somewhere else.
Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. They truly care for the animals and understand that some people cannot afford to get everything done in one visit. They will work with you and give you options.
We had a great experience here.....we took our dog harley to get spade and her shots...they were very helpful and friendly......I will definatly be bringing my other dogs in as soon as I can to get everyones shots and stuff up to date
All this plave does is charge me 500+ bucks to kill my beloved pets. Seriously they are a bunch of hacks. Go ahead and disregard my message, its only your pets life...
