All is excellent except the lady with black hair answers the phone needs teaching in etiquette and bed side manners. The vet is 5++++ stars and the fill in vet is awesome and completely caring! I will suggeste this clinic to anyone! If you feel your pet is your child take your loved one here!!!! ❤
