I went in to make my payment, and I lost my card in my mom's house and i had changed addresses so I couldn't call to get them to change the address for the statements to go to. The lady I went to was very rude. She wouldn't call to get my account number. She wanted me to go to the back and call myself! And then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to move on because she had other customers to take care of.
