I used to work here and the only bad thing I have to say about it is we was way understaffed there would MAYBE be one person in every department normally one of the departments had to suffer and then they didn't get fixed so they always looked bad.
Whitney was wonderful helping me with sizes and she was the only one in that department she was checking out people at the desk and on the floor helping people that needed help I would give her a 5 Star but I gave the store a 4 Star for not having at least two employees in that area I did get exactly what I came for
It was great shop at JCPENNEY.found what I want . great place to shop .love the sales..
2nd worst experience this week at Jc Penney . Today there was no one to ring up all the people in line Guess they don't need sales.
It's a pretty good sized store, nice selection, frequent sales and kept up.
