The problem I have is getting my medication refilled, even when I have my blood tests done and sent back to AR., I still have a hard time getting office personell to understand I'm 700 miles away, I can't come to the office tomorrow.
Had lab tests done and didn't here ANYTHING for a month and had to call myself to get results which were abnormal and they were supposed to send my prescription in and two weeks later I still didn't have my prescription called in and when i called to see why they put me on hold for twenty minutes and didn't even have a record of my new prescription. Definitely switching doctors offices.
I work out of state most of the year, in different states. Therefore I'm not available to go to the Dr.'s office for scheduled visits, my visits are coordinated when I am back in AR.
If you feel like waiting for hours upon hours this is your doctor !
