You know experience is a wonderful good thing.
But, my GF went ahead and signed up to wait for months to get an "early" Appt. And, sure enough, they called like the day before (prep time) and postponed it till later in the AM. I think she sat there until 11:15am to be called in.
This office wouldn't schedule me a morning Appt., no matter how long I waited, until I think at least 10am. The office personnel also actually bragged about giving colonoscopy's as late as 3:30 pm. Let's see, be back home by 7:30am like at my old medical center, or sitting all day hungry/thirsty as hell, until 3:30pm. I decided to drive back to Conway for mine. Hmmm, not a tough decision at all.
We called to set an appointment for daughter. Were told we needed a referral, when I inquires as to why when our insurance does not require it I was told, "cause that's the way we do business" . We had no problem scheduling with another doctor in town without a referral. It's one thing to do business a certain way, it's completely unacceptable to work with a client and be rude to the potential customer.
Go elsewhere my friends.
