Dr. McGraw was phenomenal with my wife and two of our three girls. Can't say enough great things about her! Very intelligent and caring.
Horrible horrible place, if you want you and your unborn child to be cared for please dont go here...I most likely had a miscarriage last week but I dont even know for sure because everytime I call this place they send me to voicemail and they do not call back, as if me knowing my lab results arent important!!
National Park Medical Center has taken over the Physicians for Women clinic. Also, they brought on a new Doctor (Browning) who is wonderful. My wife was there a few weeks ago and had a pleasant experience.
I love doctor colgrove he's funny,can put you at ease quickly and he's a wonderful doctor but the staff is absolutely horrible.ive had to reschedule three times the entire length of my pregnancy and the other two times I missed an appointment was because the doctor was not in and they had to reschedule me while I was standing there after driving almost an hour waiting for my appointment. Today I was stuck about 5 minutes away in traffic and was going to make it only 5 minutes before my scheduled time instead of 15 minutes before and called to reschedule as to not waste mine or the doctors time ask knew he would not see me. I Was met back with a call stating if I can't make it to my next appointment I will be dropped as a patient. I have never had a pleasant experience with his staff. From the harrassment of rescheduling a simple appointment to arguing and being harassed over my Hippa they never seemed to read and constantly argue with me over. It never matters what the reason for my call to the office is-whether it's third trimester pregnancy brain and I just can't remember the time and need to make sure or I'm stuck in traffic ten minutes away and won't be able to make it 15 minutes early like required the staff never fails to be rude and leave me never wanting to call again. In short I'm less than impressed with the lack of professionalism and rudeness, hoping they clear out bad apples and bring in a few fresh faces willing to be patient with new moms getting the schedule down like myself.
Liked my Dr Renee McGraw. Had an appt for 7/18/17 at 9 AM with her. I got a letter in the mail today stating my appointment has been canceled since April and I will have to reschedule. Mind you they never notified me of said cancelation til today. Then when I called they were very rude and stated they were NOT required to notify me at all. And that the next opening for any dr (since McGraw retired) isn't for another year. I have been schedualed for 1.5 years for this appointment. I am absolutely pissed with the care and concern received by the secretary. Who also then stated it was lunch and hung up on me, not even allowing me to reschedule.
