They have been good to me I have 4 phones and a smart watch through them right now. So far they are the best deal I can find. Chris at the local store has kept me as a customer with his great service.
Ive been with ATT for like 15 years or longer and i love them, but i hate their customer service at their little retail stores. This one wasnt so bad, but usually it is.
It may not be fair to judge a store by my first impression (well technically it's not my first) - but when it is bad enough to make me turn & leave without speaking with a rep - it's bad. I stopped in to inquire on behalf of a customer of mine as to what they would need to activate a non standard cellular phone. It is for a gate entry system. I explained precisely to the door greeter why I was there & her total response was "Are you the account holder?" This closely matched my last experience years ago at this store, when I Ieft in disgust, had to pay an early termination fee & switched all of my company & personal phones to Verizon. In my experience, unless you have the simplest of requests, or little enough knowledge to take whatever is thrown at you as good advice, you're much better off to work with Verizon, or Sprint. Both of their local stores in Hot Springs have very knowledgeable employees who will listen to your needs and make valid suggestions.
