They require several "referrences" but really they just want to call people and ask them some very invasive and weird questions and then spend like ten minutes trying to sell them stuff. You aren't doing your friends any favors. Plus, I was charged an approximate amount. They just kind of decided that Yeah, this sounds like it's about what it should be. So incredibly unprofessional.
Worst experience ever... Don't pay cash no recourse... Spent 300. to purchase a mattress.... it was covered when it arrived . I uncovered it. A 4ft rip... 5 tears. Oil stains... And they won't refund... I'm a disabled vet...
