Good store. Always find what I need. Staff isn't always easy to come by, but always willing to help and knowledgeable when you can track one down.
Every time I make my payment at the customer service/service counter at the Lowe's in hot springs the women are terrible and extremely rude! I never thought that giving money would be met with the rude behavior ! NEVER AGAIN! I spoke with a young man about this, maybe he can do something. Won't hold my breath
They have lots of inventory and the staff is helpful, but in general, this is not a place to find bargains on a regular basis.
Good selection on some things but I don't like to be talked down to. If you don't mind the attitude of some of the sales people I guess it's ok. Personally I can wait a few days and get it on Amazon for half the price and no high and mighty sales people
I found what I needed quickly. Associate was easy to find and very helpful. Before going about his business, he verified that I needed nothing else from him.
