Btw--- this same owner owns the go karts closer to the bypass (270) and central, go karts by downtown (grand and central) and the Ducks which provide tours of the Hot Springs area.... I suggest not giving a dime to this, for a lack of better words, a**hole which is what he was acting like that afternoon, no excuse for his behavior.
Good place for Putt-Putt, especially when it's hot and this place is indoors. Would be nice if it was more than 17 hole course but the kids had a great time!

Put way too many people in the laser tag game. Every time we were shot and our gun came back on we were shot again almost immediately. Waste of $ when you can't even play. And we waited forever to play. Every time someone new came in, we had to wait for them to pay and get set up.
Terrible ownership!!! The 3 guys running the track started having issues with the go-karts stalling out and were really hustling to keep everybody going, which wasn't working out in their favor... Owner speeds up and starts yelling at the guys about their sub-par performance (I was there for 10 minutes before the owner showed up and these kids were doing the absolute best they could given the circumstances). He starts asking them if their stupid or something, asking them and pointing in a very "simple" way to the main shut off button asking them if they know how to push a button. 2 kids had to get out of their karts and were waiting on the pit deck, he (oblivious to the fact that the kids were on the deck because their karts just completely failed) starts yelling at them that they're going to have to get behind the gate. He tells the 3 guys that if "these people" ( the customers) are to dumb or to stupid to ride go-karts to get them off the track and out of the facility. I also overheard him telling them that despite the ridiculous malfunction if his old, dilapidated equipment nobody that was on the track was going to get a refund or any kind of credit for their terrible experience!!! Piss-poor management and ownership skills!!! Will not be going back here... We'll go to Fun Trackers instead.
Mini golf is horrible. Staff was rude. I can't believe there's no age price difference. Every other mini golf I've ever been to is 3 and under free or the others in town are 5 and under free. I had to pay 6 dollars for a 2 yr old to "play". The holes are so short like 10 feet max. Mayb im just picky but ii won't ever be going back. Rip off
I have been here at least 4 times to play miniature golf. Positives and negatives both exist. Since you play inside, rain is not usually an issue. For me, light is not a bother. I once had seizures. For those that have that issue or problems with flashing lights, you might not enjoy it as much as others.
Do you like a challenge? If you thought yes, some shots are difficult. You will likely enjoy a game. If you want to play both courses, save money and buy both at the same time.
