Ordered a medium rare stake and it took close to an hour to recive it, once cut into it I realized that the stake was very over cooked, the waitress took our stakes back and had them record them and of course it took close to another hour to recive the order. Only good thing was the second stake was cooked right and actually tasted pretty good (the only reason given the 2 stars) but the waitress had taken our forks with the first stake and when we finally got our dinner almost 2 hours later we had no utensils. We tried to get her attention but she walked over to the next table and acted like she couldn't hear us. Eventually I got mad enough that I just got up and got my own silverware from the hostess station. Will never go to this Applebee's again. Extremely disappointed in the service and wait time.

My firsy time visit was great. The waitress was excellent. The food wasn't great at first but the manager on duty made sure that my order was fix to my liking. She made sure that I was satisfied before I left.
Took my time to go back in to inform about food poisoning and all we got back is, you know the answer " it must be from somewhere else. We have no one complain before".
Always a good atmosphere. Wonton Tacos were pretty good. Hubby thinks the Brewtus is only one drink more than the pint but ALWAYS gets a pint or two anyway.
My went for lunch. My 13 n 15 yr old kids had mac n cheese (really). With in 1hr both my kiddos had sivear stomach pain and diarrhea.
My wife had a chicken dish and loved it. I ordered the 12oz sirloin as medium well and they cooked it well done. The steak was dry. A friend with us had also ordered a steak medium well and hers was also well done. While the other meals may be fine, I do not recommend ordering a steak.
