We ultimately chose another place that was mid price compared to all the quotes we got, because they seemed very competent & was recommended by a friend. It's hard to beat the comfort level of a professional staff that works the front & does customer service, most other repair shops are smaller & don't have the staff. The extra cost covers extra man power.

My daughter, granddaughter and I were on a trip from Texas and her GMC Acadia developed problems. We found Allen Tillery Auto and drove right into service. The service writer, ALLEN THOMPSON, was amazing. He got us right in, had the car checked out and told us the motor mounts were busted and it needed break pads. Needless to say, we were very upset. ALLEN said it would take a couple of hours to repair so we went across the street and played miniature golf. True to his word, we were ready.to travel and less expensive than quoted. Don't know if his being from Texas made any difference, but the dealership is very fortunate to have an employee like ALLEN THOMPSON.
Took car for an estimate. They were the highest by about $300. If you want the security of dealing with a friendly staff & dealership then pay the extra cash.
Previously they did work on a car that was covered by other drivers insurance & the work was done on time & was quality.
When we went there when the place was closed on a Sunday. We found a vehicle we liked and called about it later and they didn't seem interested at all in going down on the price. I was a little surprised no negotiation but they do call back and ask if we're still interested. The particular vehicle we were looking at are everywhere so to me there's no negotiating it's a buyer's market.
