ORR NISSAN - WOW! My father owned a Dodge dealership for 30 years so the car business is very familiar to me. Orr Nissan over-delivers service in a huge way. We purchased a vehicle as mentioned above, it is a 9 year old Xterra. they had a list of things that were supposed to be fixed prior to us taking it - one thing took 3 tries. They provided us a brand new car for the day and for the weekend once as they attempted to make the purchased vehicle right. Then we had a problem with the title-work - our plate expired before the title work came in. They sent a guy on a 90 min round trip to give us a new temporary tag! Who does that?

I'm not sure why a manager and another salesman came up and literally pushed the original salesman put of the way but it was rude. The manager was EXTREMELY pushy and we DO NOT respond well to that sales tactic. Yes I need a new vehicle but I don't know what I want so I had hoped to stro thru the lot and just look, which was fine by the 1st salesman. Unfortunately it wasn't with the manager so we walked away. There are too many car lots to choose from so we do not have to tolerate hard sales tactics.
