Moved back to Hot Springs in July and I always use a dealer for all service work, It's always a good idea. This dealer is okay. I am on my third service advisor in three visits... The other two don't work there anymore.
If I could give zero stars I would, terrible place to buy a car or work. Terrible business ethic and zero family values. They only want your money.
I will always score this service department with 10s on my CSI email from GM because it's not the service advisors fault nor is there anything he can do about this. Hope you think on this review.
Austin the service advisor I'm working with now is a great guy! The service department needs an investment in staffing though. Advisor assistants or something. This poor guy is having to help three guests at once! Two advisors work in the write up area and customers pooring in every time I bring my car in. I also come at off times to avoid this, but it's always busy. Service team is GREAT but they need hourly help to check people in and help keep the crowd moving. Maybe a cashier to check people out and deal loaner cars?
This location seems to not be ran very well and have a lot of turnover. I dfid notg appreciate how they played games with me and wasted my time.
Friendly staff but the communication is non existent when you're waiting for your vehicle to be repaired.
