Great place to get a reliable vehicle
Customer service sucks, very unprofessional. Would not send anybody to Hot Springs lot. Was interested in a vehicle, had to go in and talk to receptionist that informed us the car we r interested in was going to another lot and refused to help us anymore. They could have sold a car today...CASH!
Absolutely horrible customer service, I was spoken to with disrespect and like I was beneath the woman I spoke to. Highly disappointed!! I DON'T recommend getting a car from this Hot Springs lot!
I just purchased a vehicle Friday 10/27/17 and monday it is already in the shop having a pulley replaced. Was supposed to get a call back with an update around 430, and didnt get any call back. I called them at 540 to check and conveniently the new car should be ready morning time of 10/31/17. I call up there today and still not ready and car "should" be ready around 145. So not on ly have i been without a vehicle but now going to be late to work as well. The customer service here is horrible and I am almost second guessing my purchase from here. I work customer service myself and must say I am let down at how a new customer is being treated.
Great experience, very professional & friendly. One of the few used car places in town that do a warranty type service plan on their vehicles.
