Took our 2007 Ford Fusion in for service and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The service was very fast compared to some other experiences I have had at other chains. I will be coming back in the future.
I have never encountered such horrible business!!! If I could leave 0 Stars I would! I bought my truck from a different company 30 Minutes from this dealer fire $8,000 less. When I had a warranty issue and took it to Riser Ford, 1st of all they (Ronnie In Service) said there was nothing wrong with it.....then when I diagnosed it and told him where to look, he found it.. but said if I had bought it from them they would fix it, but since I didn’t they won’t touch it unless I paid $832. Which would be covered under warranty! Terrible business! Terrible Service! Terrible Mechanical Knowledge from this Dealership!
