First room had a very broken bed and not the room I reserved through app I use.
Bathroom is a little tight but works for the price
They are doing a remodel so you have to over look that
There is a couple of fast food places near by
not a deal breaker

The critical thing was when MICE showed up in the middle of the night. They climbed on the bed and side table. I stayed up all night!
Good location. That is all the good I can say. A little high on price for conditions and exterior and interior cleanliness. Do not see "owners" or anyone cares here anymore.
Drawback is ice is only available untill 11 at night, no coke or snack machine
There are no staff after midnight and will come back at 9 am. They do have emergency call but you have to pay $10 to any call after hours.
My wife and I would never, ever stay here again. Poor attitude by the low class desk attendant Lori. They are not worthy of even a one star. Old furniture, old rooms, door would not latch, quoted and charged different rates for our room. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I suggest pass up this low class motel. I never leave comments, but felt compelled to warn others out there about this place. All of the above is true.
I do not normally complain on any small things. But this place is extremely terrible. With $60 I expected just cleanliness but what I saw was that bed sheet appearently unwashed. The floor is unclean that you can feel with your barefoot.
A take it or leave it attitude and no money back.

For the low price, the hotel seemed to have a good location, and was nearby downtown Hot Springs. However, with the low price came a dirty room. Although the hotel seemed to be newly renovated the mattresses were covered in stains, and the sheets appeared unwashed, covered in unidentified substances. Along with that the bathtub faucet leaked throughout our entire stay and would not shut off. This, combined with the loud air conditioner and neighborhood children, and it almost impossible to fall asleep.The floor smelt strongly of a toxic cleaner, and when wiped, the towelette used turned black with dirt and grime. However, with such a low price and good location, I feel that, overall, the stay was well worth the price.
