Need update and clean better.
I have never been more disappointed in my life as I was at this particular hotel. I went into check in and they said that I was supposed to be there yesterday. I said how can I be here yesterday when I just booked the room last night while sitting on my sofa I need to sleep here tonight they said they already charge my card. And I said then I want a refund or a key to her room I'm in a different state I don't know where to go and next thing I know five other men that came out of different rooms surrounded me as if they weren't going to let me out of the lobby I continued to make my point. The one thing they didn't know was that my 6 foot 5 boyfriend was waiting in the truck. He didn't go in with me because it was in my name and he was eating. Well long story short they screwed us out of our money we had no where to sleep. As it happens they called the police but my boyfriend had already called the police when he saw there was trouble. so we got screwed out of a place to sleep our $62 plus the money we had to pay for another hotel down the road in a much nicer part of town. I would never recommend this place to anybody especially if you want to be able to sleep and say I feel safe here.
first the room wall paper was peeling and it was super hot! the AC took forever to cool the room. The bathroom had a heater on that would not go off so it was super hot in that area. The pool was filled with all kinds of dead bugs and flying insects. My husband had to clean the pool for us to be able to swim. But here is the worst part my sister was badly eaten by BEDBUGS. her arm was bitten all the way down. We pulled the blanket down a little further and saw all the little bed bugs with our flashlight! it was horrible! They moved us out that room. when we left the room we pass back by and they only made the bed and opened the window to make it vacant for the next guest! I rated it a 1 star because i had too. IF I COULD IT WOULD BE A NEGATIVE 5

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is an AWFUL disgusting hotel. They are ride and will not give a refund. We walked in the room then turned around and walked right back out. It was TERRIBLE!!
We came in happy. Got to room 216 (have pictures of everything), they say the pool is closed and no breakfast, okay... We came for the pool mainly. Later we go to sleep and I can't sleep mattress hurts, A/C is making a small train horn noise waking us up. The lights on the balcony are soo bright at night it looks like it's morning & the blinds don't close all the way. I get out of bed & there's a bed bug on my pillow that's just had a meal of me. Dying... Scarred for life. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid at all cost
