This hotel costumer service is HORRIBLE!!
My friend and I was there 9/22 and the staff was great. The hotel was easy to find and on a beautiful lake. The place was quiet and close to restaurants and a few spas. Relaxing place and will visit again.
Very good motel for a vacation. They don't offer a complimentary breakfast with the rooms. But there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant wasn't to bad. It has sports themes a few arcade games and a couple of pool tables for entertainment. I wouldn't recommend the coffee though. Overall not a bad place to vacation especially since it is pet friendly and the only hotel in Hot Springs to offer its guests a boat ramp.

Me and my family made reservations 3 months prior till when we will be staying. So we are 2 weeks from staying when we are suppose to. And I contact the hotel to make sure reservations were still in order. Gladly I did. They told me that they did not have anyone under reservations with my name. Let's just say that is ridiculous and I'm glad that I called when I did. What if I didn't call and would have drove all the way up there with Very High Expectations of my family staying there. Let's just say the costumer service is horrible and I will never consider this hotel ever again.
The bath room was dirty. It was not the kind of filth that the cleaning man or woman can clean and it be presentable. The grout on the floor in the bath room original color was light brown. Around the edge of the wall reveals it's original color. All around the tub and the middle of the floor it is black. It appears to be mold in the grout lines. The carpet is dirty as well. The kind of dirt that will not be removed by vacuuming it. In my opinion it needs shampooing. If that doesn't do it, it needs replacing. Honestly, if We would have noticed it before morning, we would have asked for a different room. By the way we called the front desk and had them to bring up some bath towels that we thought was missing from the bath room, only to discover that they were at the end of the tub inside the shower. The shower curtain was pulled the hold length of the tub and I didn't discover it till morning when I prepared to shower. I hadn't ever experienced that particular place for the towels being placed inside the shower at the opposite end of the shower head. My room number was 424. I have stayed here at this Hotel a couple times before, but this time the quality of that room has fallen into the negative column.
Comfortable beds and pillows! We all slept like the proverbial baby! Our housekeeper Emma was sweet and funny and very accommodating! If you need a crib, they only have 4 so be there early if you need one and hope all 4 aren't taken. They are a "1st come, 1st served" basis. It's disappointing that there is no continental breakfast, even if it is stated on the website.
