Ashley, at the front desk was amazing! I was only there for about 10 minutes and had to leave the hotel due to an emergency. She helped me get my money back from Expedia. Great customer service!
Older property but we stayed in a newly renovated room. Bed, linens, furniture, appliances and hardware, all new and very nice!
The staff was wonderful, breakfast was very yummy! Comfy bed, great stay! Thanks Donna for starting everyday of my stay off fabulous. You are a joy to be around and thanks for breakfast.
Me and my family are currently staying here. And let me say this we have found out were we will be staying from now on when we come to visit Hot Springs. Me and my husband both agreed this is the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. Staff is awesome, Hot Breakfast is awesome, rooms are beyond clean. As soon has we walked into our room you could smell the cleanest. Both of our kids are happy. So that makes us even more happier. Coming here was the best decision we made!

The free, hot breakfast buffet is much better than most and had a large selection of continental items to choose from also. The only thing that could have made it better would have been some bacon!
Very very happy with my experience at this Best Western! The most amazing southern-style breakfast. We felt like we are going to a friend or family's home rather than going to a dining hall. Everyone at this hotel was friendly and helpful. One and only downside is there is no window or vent in the bathroom which made it a little humid after showering. I definitely will use a hotel again if I find myself in the city of Hot Springs.
