They hotel was in a great location and had a beautiful lake view. Our bathroom was not clean (pubic hairs on the floor) and there was white stains on the decorative throw on the bed. We got a new room. The second room had no towels, cups, and the ice bucket had not been emptied from the previous occupant.
Great and nice place with a beautiful view of lake. Ask for room with balcony prices from 100-125 a night included a great breakfast and free wifi. All rooms are non-smoking and no pets
This was a real nice place on th lake. Watched the firewooks there for the Forth of July. Really enjoyed the staff they was there to help in anything you need. Rooms was cleaned and quite the free breakfast was good. Also the Baymont inn and suites is also very close to down town Hot Springs. Tons of shopping, Restaurants and fun enjoy thanks
Poor housekeeping. Bugs in room. Appears as if minimal up keep altogether. Not at all impressed with 'breakfast'. Nice view of lake. Beds ok. Small frig, microwave & coffee maker in room. Would not be my 1st choice if I needed a place the stay in the area.
My husband and I stayed there for the first time. We got a room with a view. We pre registered and paid on line. Everything went very smooth when arriving. They had all paperwork ready. The view was beautiful. The whole staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety. We would definitely stay there again and encourage others to also.
