Wonderful staff and great breakfast. They had something for everyone. Very clean and great hot water in the shower.
not as clean as I'd hope for, although my family and I were comfortable. we LOVE, Loved, Johnnie Sue. the night guy not so much we spoke to him twice no response. oh well.
My stay was wonderful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Location was perfect; right next to the highway, just 5-10 minutes from the casino, downtown, and all the restaurants and mall/stores. Just wish there was a little more variety on the breakfast menu, but I would definitely come here again.
Nice hotel in Hot Springs. Very clean and staff were very attentive. Location is very convenient to Bathhouse row. The only concern was the wifi did not work for the weekend, which I am sure was a temporary problem.
Anytime we take a trip on the motorcycle we try to stay at a comfort inn. They are always hospitable to bikes. This location really went above and beyond. When we got up to leave in the morning we found that they put cleaning supplies by the door for us to get the bugs off our windshields. Great customer experience.
