Very affordable, clean, and friendly. I always stay at this motel when I am visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas.
This hotel was not overall in bad condition, took forever to get wifi or the television to work. Air conditioning was dirty and didn't really cool off the room. It was not a bad place to stay, within walking distance of food and drinks.
Our family has been coming to Hot Springs for over 40 years, starting with my Father and Mother. We take our vacation the last of July each year here. We have been staying at the King Inn for over 20 years. We love the stay and the Own of the Hotel.
Clean, and cheap. My favorite things to look for in a hotel. We got the sweet and it was like a 2 room house.
