New and very nice place boutique hotel! Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Located right in the middle of bathhouse row. Many popular attractions and unique shops were within walking distance of hotel. Staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful! Good reasonable room rates!
This is a beautifully renovated building. The rooms are very clean and updated. It has nice views. It is not the coziest place, but if you love historical buildings like we do, that doesn't matter much. The service was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect for walking around downtown and visiting Hot Springs National Park. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, yet slightly overpriced. The service was very good though so with the quality it was worth it. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
This hotel has a perfect location right in the middle of bathhouse row. We walked basically everywhere we went during our 4 days there. It's a beautiful historic building that has been renovated to a cozy modern feel, but they kept so many of the original details. Beautiful beautiful hotel! The barn doors on the bathroom don't quite work right and provide zero privacy, and the lighting in the bathroom is sub-par, along with there not being an extra mirror or full length mirror. The breakfast is also nothing but muffins and coffee, so they need an upgrade there. Otherwise the bed is firm, but very comfortable, the room is very spacious and comfortable in general, and the huge windows are beautiful. The windows are the original windows I believe, so there isn't much sound proofing and you can hear cars going by at night. Overall it's a fantastic hotel and I'd definitely stay there again. The bartender at the Ohio Club next door said the building is haunted, but nothing happened while we were there and I cannot find anything online to substantiate this claim, but stay at your own risk!! Very very easy central location to get to everything you'd want to do in Hot Springs. If you stay, eat at the Ohio Club next door and Rolando's down the street!
We were headed back to Fort Worth from a visit to Graceland in Memphis and decided to check out Hot Springs. Saw the hotel as we were driving down the main drag their in Hot Springs and pulled up to the hotel, went in and were impressed from the get-go. Hotel was clean, new, attractive and the staff, especially the door man Tommy and the waitress in the restaurant were terrific. Liked everything about the hotel and will definitely go back.
This is a great hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s very close to a lot of attractions at walking distance. A National Park is also at walking distance. The hotel is very clean. It seemed recently renovated. Very contemporary and stylish. It was very quiet which made it very easy to stay asleep at night. Loved this place. We will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Hot Springs. Love, love, love the location. The staff was also very attentive and pleasant. Highly recommend the place.
